Juicing vegetables

Juicing experts say that eating vegetables will take up a lot of time and require lots of chewing. Juicing vegetables is a good idea as this means that we can take in a greater amount of enzymes and nutrients by drinking. As no fiber is contained in the juice, our body will not waste energy on digestion. The enzymes go straight to the cellular level to do their work.

But what about fiber, you ask? Fiber is important for roughage. You get fiber through other sources like your salad or cooked vegetables at lunchtime or dinnertime.

Filling up on juice first ensures that you do not miss out on live enzymes that are needed for your bodily functions.
