Red meats also tend to be acidic. And so are the several unhealthy and processed foods that most people generally consume. Also, avoid drinks like coffee and tea.
Those that seldom trigger acid reflux symptoms include fruits like apples and bananas, vegetables like cabbage, peas, carrots and lean meat like chicken and fish. Drink plenty of alkaline water.
