A colourful diet is a diet that is filled with a myraid of colors. Fruits and vegetables are selected from colors of all sorts: yellow, orange, red, green and purple. It is important that we make a conscious effort to eat them in more than one color. This is because we will be able to obtain nutrients inherent in the color. And your body needs them all!
